2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Linking
To use the Skill, you must link your Amazon Alexa account with your Sfera system. During this process, we generate and store OAuth authentication tokens in our cloud infrastructure. These tokens are used solely to authenticate your requests and maintain the connection between Alexa and your Sfera system.
2.2 Voice Commands
When you issue voice commands to control your Sfera devices through Alexa, these commands are transmitted through our cloud relay service to reach your local Sfera server. We do not log, store, or analyze the content of these commands.
2.3 Device Information
Device names and states may transit through our cloud relay during command execution. This information is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process:
- •Your name, email address, or other personal identifying information
- •Your physical address or location data
- •Voice recordings
- •Usage history or command logs
- •Device usage patterns or statistics
4. How We Use Information
The OAuth tokens we store are used exclusively to:
- •Authenticate your Alexa requests to your Sfera system
- •Maintain the connection between Amazon Alexa and your local Sfera server
- •Route commands from Alexa to your Sfera devices
5. Data Storage and Security
OAuth tokens are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect this information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. The only data exchange that occurs is:
- •Between Amazon Alexa and our cloud relay (to receive commands)
- •Between our cloud relay and your local Sfera server (to execute commands)
7. Data Retention
OAuth tokens are retained for as long as your Alexa account remains linked to your Sfera system. When you unlink your account, the associated tokens are deleted from our servers.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

- •Deletion: Request deletion of your OAuth tokens by unlinking your Alexa account or contacting us
- •Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
